When you are suddenly put in a very dangerous situation, the very first reaction that you are going to have is one that is emotional in nature.

This sudden flood of emotion triggers a fight or flight response, and if you make a decision based on pure emotion alone, you could be making one that puts you further in danger.

But to make the RIGHT decision at that exact moment, you need to balance that flood of emotion with some logic or rationality, and THIS is what your intuition helps you to do.

Now, your intuition is a tool buried in the subconscious area of your brain, and is made up of four different types, and like a bolt of lightning, these four type of intuition come together to help you make the right decision in any situation that you find yourself in.

But to actually USE your intuition, you have to recognize the signals that it sends you, telling you what the right decision is to make.

If you make a decision based on too much emotion, or too much logic, then those intuitive signals have a hard time coming through, and this is when you start making decisions that are less than ideal, and this is when things can go from bad to worse.

But, when you balance the head and the heart, or logic with emotions, then this is when your intuition is able to shine through.

This is even MORE important when you are in a dangerous situation because the decision that you make could be the difference between life and death.

When in any dangerous or stressful situation, you ARE going to be making an emotional decision right away, but what you need to do to take a moment to recognize the subtle signals that your intuition is giving you.

Now, even though these signals are given in a split second in time, you are also able to recognize and act on them in that exact same time frame.

Now, how your intuition behaves and the signals that it gives you is VERY unique to you.

So you and another person may be in the EXACT same situation, but his or her intuition will behave in one way, whereas your intuition will behave in a completely different way because you both have had different life experiences.

And that’s why your intuitive reactions, or signals, are different.

Now, the reason why people ignore their intuition is because they simply don’t understand how their intuition behaves, and THIS is when you start to ignore the signals that it’s giving you.

And when you ignore those intuitive signals, THIS is when you start making a series of bad decisions that could put you in an even WORSE situation than before.
