My guest, author, and keynote speaker Stacey Copas, tried to perfect a dive in a shallow pool.
Despite being warned, she ignored both the warning and her intuition to do just one more dive.
But this time, she couldn’t feel her legs, and with her lungs filling up with water, she blacked out. Luckily, others pulled her out of the pool and got her to a hospital where she found out that she would never walk again.
Despite going through this low point in her life, she trusted her intuition to set the intention of finding success, becoming a Paralympic athlete, an actress, and Australia’s number one keynote speaker on resilience.s.
